* Minimum of ten passengers required for pickup in Rochester, otherwise alternative pickup options listed are available.

Information Detail

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT AGREEMENT: $200.00 deposit per person with reservation. Final balance is due 45 days prior to departure. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND AGREEMENT: Cancellations received inside 45 days of departure will be refunded less the cost of any non-recoverable charges.

TRIP CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION INSURANCE: Is not required, but is encouraged and available to purchase at an additional charge. Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance fee is due at time of deposit in order to cover pre-existing medical conditions, or at the time of final payment if no pre-existing condition exists. Contact the Covered Wagon Tours office if you have questions or wish to purchase insurance. 

COVERED WAGON TOURS, LLC owns and operates the motorcoach for this tour and acts as an agent arranging all other tour components and may not be held responsible for loss, delay, accident, injury or default of any company providing services.
