Covered Wagon Tours takes driver time and service requirements seriously, and will not jeopardize the safetyof our passengers through extended or marginal hours. Other charter companies may choose to “bunk” a second driver on the bus on long “drive-throughs”, attempting to sleep him/her while riding down the highway on a busy, moving coach on a cot behind a shower curtain. CWT will not conduct business in this manner. We may change a driver midway through a long trip, but will not risk placing a “legal but tired” driver behind the wheel to save a few bucks.
